The following rules govern the entry and participation in the "Win a Free Sending Happy Limited Edition Plush Toy Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and their immediate families of Sending Happy (the "Sponsor") are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am ET on 11/22/2024 and ends at 11:59pm ET on 1/2/2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Sweepstakes, you must complete the following actions:
- Like, Comment, or Share: Like, comment on, or share any Sending Happy social media post(s) on Instagram or Facebook during the Sweepstakes Period.
- Email Entry: Provide your email address by entering it via a specified form on our website or replying to a social media post.
Each action (like, comment, share, or email) qualifies as a separate entry. You may enter as many times as you like, but each entry must be a unique post, comment, share, or valid email submission.
4. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period each week for a total of six weeks and six winners. The drawing will take place within 48 hours after ending period each week.
5. Prize
The winner will receive one (1) plush toy, retail value of 39.99 chosen by the Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other prize. The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address provided within 3 weeks of winner confirmation.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address provided or via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
- Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or not in compliance with these rules may be disqualified.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time, including if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to technical failures or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor.
- By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sending Happy its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or misuse of any prize.
9. Privacy
By entering, you agree to provide your email address and understand that Sending Happy may send you future promotional offers, newsletters, or other communications related to the brand. You may opt-out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any of our emails.
10. Miscellaneous
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, USA.
Odds of winning are dependent upon number of entries received.
